These Terms of Service govern access to hardwareintl.com and purchases from hardwareintl, an online store operated by Hardware International, Inc.
By accessing the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation only acknowledges receipt. An order is accepted when we approve it and begin fulfillment or dispatch.
We may reject or cancel an order because of inventory limitations, inaccurate information, failed payment, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or an obvious pricing or listing error. Any amount collected for a canceled order will be refunded.
Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, contact, and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied during checkout.
Prices, Payment, and Tax
The applicable price and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount confirmed when the order is submitted.
Sales tax may be collected where required by law. Orders exceeding US$30 in merchandise value after discounts qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, regional disruption, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Risk and ownership are transferred as provided by applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections.
Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, instructions, exceptions, and refund timing. That policy forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits a statutory warranty or consumer remedy that cannot legally be waived.

You may view the website and retain personal order records. Reproducing, modifying, selling, republishing, or commercially exploiting protected content without authorization is prohibited.

Content submitted to the store must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. It must not contain malicious code, confidential third-party information, unlawful threats, or deceptive statements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.
